News from Chef Jim’s Kitchen

Allentown Senior Living Food and Beverage ManagerHappy holidays, everyone! There are many wonderful events on the menu this month. On Christmas Day, we have a special meal, featuring a Christmas ham, cheesecake, and more. We will also be celebrating New Year’s Eve – or, “Noon Year’s Eve” – with snacks and good cheer. Let’s all ring in 2021 with hope for good things to come.

Please be sure to check the new food events calendar. In addition to holiday treats, we have several events this month, including Brownie Day (12/8), Cocoa Day (12/13), a Pie Month celebration (12/23), and a “Be Well” event on December 15th featuring scrumptious banana chocolate bars. Plus, we are continuing our Friday socials, too! Every Friday will feature a wine and cheese social or an ice cream social.
