News from Chef Jim’s Kitchen

Allentown Senior Living Food and Beverage ManagerIt’s February, and that means we’re celebrating Valentine’s Day.

The Valentine’s Day theme meal is the biggest theme meal of the year. This is not to be missed! For one evening, our cozy dining room will be transformed for formal dining. There is an extra special menu, featuring shrimp alfredo, and of course, a red velvet cake for dessert. Join us on the 14th, and dress to impress (or wear your favorite red) to get in on the fun!

Throughout February our Friday socials and regular dining events continue. We look forward to seeing you there!

News from Activities

Allentown Senior Living Activities DirectorReady for some February fun? Regardless of what the groundhog says on February 2nd, we’re warming up this month!

February brings one of our most fun and heartwarming traditions: voting in a coloring contest! This year, we’re partnering with Sheridan Elementary School, where the students in Mrs. Perinotto’s fourth grade class will create their best and most colorful art for us. We’ll vote, and three winners will get prizes. This is so much fun, and the kids’ artwork definitely brightens up the cold days!

Our annual Super Bowl party is on February 13th, so join us for snacks and get fired up for the big game.

We’re celebrating Valentine’s Day with our annual Valentine’s Day theme meal. See the dining room transformed, and dress to impress (or wear your favorite red)!
