On Father’s Day, we’ll have a special meal featuring BBQ pork loin, chicken with crab, and chocolate mousse.

News from Activities
Summer is here and our warm weather favorites are back. We kick off the month with our “senior prom” on Friday, June 3rd. Dress to impress for an afternoon dance and photos!
Our summer concert series returns this month, too. We’ll be on the patio with live music from our favorite musical guests on Tuesdays at 6:30 pm.
Ready to get your hands dirty? The gardening club starts up this month. We will be filling two raised planter beds with spices and vegetables that the kitchen will use in homemade dishes later in the season.
There are plenty of other fun happenings, too, so keep an eye on the calendar. And, on Father’s Day, the fathers and special men among us can expect a few surprises.
Finally, we wrap up June with Baseball Day. The Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs mascot, FeRROUS, will be here for a meet and greet on Tuesday, June 28th. Don’t miss it!

P.S. You can see more about the activities our residents enjoy on our facebook page. Schedule highlights for the month are here.
Alzheimer’s Support Group at DevonHouse
Did you know that DevonHouse hosts in-person groups for caregivers of people with Alzheimer’s?
The Alzheimer’s Association Delaware Valley Chapter offers support groups for caregivers of people with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Groups are hosted by DevonHouse Senior Living and Laura Crossan, DevonHouse Director of Sales and Marketing and Certified Dementia Practitioner. Meetings are on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 10:30 am at the Emmaus Public Library.
Support groups offer a safe place for caregivers, family, and friends of people with dementia to find support, exchange information, talk through challenges, and learn about community resources. For more information and to register, please contact Laura Crossan at 610-967-1100, or register online here.
